Initial violations are $200 with a $100 discount if paid within 10 days. Subsequent violations are subject to increasing penalties including season pass suspension and tow.
As Sierra-at-Tahoe's parking operator, Park Sierra-at-Tahoe has the authority to issue violations and collect violation fines on behalf of Park Sierra-at-Tahoe.
Disputing a Parking Violation
If you were issued a parking violation by Park Sierra-at-Tahoe and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.
Violations will be issued to anyone who does not have a parking reservation during reservation times. CLICK HERE for additional general reasons why violations may be issued and not be dismissed before disputing your violation.
Disputes will not be handled in person or over the phone.
